To help raise funds for the restoration of 73129, the Trustees of the Standard Five Fund
commissioned "Caprotti Crescendo" an oil painting of the loco by Derbyshire railway artist Colin Wright from which
a limited edition of 500 prints was produced.
Each print measures 24 inches by 18 inches and shows 73129 pulling out from Platform 3 of Derby Midland Station
and on to "Five Arches" bridge with a northbound express. Part of Derby Locomotive Works, where 73129
was built, can be seen in the background.
A number of these limited edition prints, signed by the artist, are still available at £50.00 each
(including postage and packing) from The Standard Five Fund, c/o Butterley Station, Ripley, Derbyshire.
DE5 3QZ with all the proceeds going towards the restoration of 73129.
